The Tonda PF collection ushered in the brand's return to the forefront of fine watchmaking in 2021. The three founding models - Tonda PF Micro-Rotor, Tonda PF Chronograph, and Tonda PF Annual Calendar – embody the epitome of discretion and elegance with their refined aesthetic, harmonious forms, and enticing value prospect. Initially outfitted in 18ct rose gold cases and matching gold bracelets, the newest iterations are adorned with alligator straps. The straps fasten securely to the wrist with a new, asymmetrical triple-blade buckle, opened by two external pushers, to ensure exceptional wearing comfort. The buckle’s minimalist design is highlghted by a PF logo in relief, a subtle yet powerful identity signature.
This evolution of the Tonda PF collection serves to profoundly redefine its perspective and its perception, bringing the models into a warmer and dressier arena, suitable for understated evening wear and moments of relaxed elegance. The new straps, seamlessly integrated into the design of the cases, offer sober colors that are faithful to the spirit of the brand – Grey, Milan Blue, and Brown – which also echo the color palettes of the dials.
The expansion of the Tonda PF collection into alligator straps further demonstrates that the watches are living and organic creations, capable of taking on a simple change in accessories to evolve into a radical new dimension.
Tonda PF Micro-Rotor With its meticulous array of details, patterns, shapes, and curves, the Tonda PF demonstrates a highly honed sense of savoir-faire in both technical complication and aesthetic refinement. Its 18ct rose gold case is now mounted on a brown alligator leather strap that harmonizes with the grey color of the dial, adorned with a Grain d'Orge guilloché pattern. The Tonda PF Micro-Rotor adheres to one simple rule: only the essential can be revealed.
This motto underpins the model’s renewed identity, speaking to its ability to show a radically different face to the world while maintaining the fundamental values and attributes that make the model so special. This timepiece is designed and envisioned to provide an intimate and personal experience for its wearer, and only its wearer.
